Our Engineering & Construction Capabilities Include:

  • Structural Analysis and design of structural steel assemblies (welded and bolted) using hand calculations, software, Mathcad software, and excel spreadsheets in accordance with applicable industry standards.
  • Fabrication of structural steel assemblies (welded and bolted) in accordance with applicable industry standards.
  • Removal, transportation and installation of structural steel assemblies (welded and bolted) in accordance with applicable industry standards.
  • Planning and execution of refinery turnaround projects such as removal and replacement of equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, turbines, equipment supports, steel assemblies etc.  
  • Structural steel integrity inspection, stamping and certification, confirming the structure was built to applicable industry standards.
  • Planning and execution of simple to complex equipment replacement projects such as crane selection, structural analysis and rigging selection, crane loading analysis, soil bearing pressure testing, analysis and crane mat selection, simple to critical lift planning (flipping, tilting, upending etc.) , equipment transportation using trailers and SPMTs, structural steel removal and replacement, crane and rigging 2D and 3D clash checking, etc.
  • Sea transportation analysis, barge selection and risk assessment.  Some equipment and components are required to be transported by sea, on barges from manufacturing/construction sites to the refinery
  • Structural Analysis, design and fabrication of lift lugs and trunnions for lifting equipment and components in accordance with applicable industry standards.
  • Finite Element Analysis Checks (FEA) on structural steel assemblies.
  • Provision of construction support work to fabricators and construction workers
  • Safety planning and risk assessments using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Consulting and advisory services on renewable energy transition and opportunities in fossil fuel alternatives, including biodiesel, renewable natural gas, and green hydrogen
  • Analysis and design of pipe support, equipment supports and cable tray racks, using hand calculations, software, Mathcad software, and excel spreadsheets in accordance with applicable industry standards.
